Who We Are
Excelsa Capital LLC is a subsidiary of Juniper Real Estate LLC, which makes and manages capital investments across a number of real estate industry verticals, particularly those in the hospitality sector. Excelsa Capital provides end-to-end fund administration services to both proprietary and outside sponsor-managed investment funds.

Together with its third-party service providers, the company provides fund administration services to real estate and other investment funds. Such services typically include: investor onboarding, accreditation verification, AML, OFAC and KYC compliance, calculation of unit prices, facilitation of periodic distributions, complex waterfall calculations, capital account reconciliations, preparation and distribution of investor statements, processing capital calls, support and response to investor inquiries, and assistance with final distribution and liquidation activities.

Juniper’s leadership has significant experience, having previously held positions as partners in investment firms and as senior managers/executives in large multi-national companies and global investment banks. They have managed multiple investment funds and have been involved with numerous high-profile projects, including the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas and The Adelaide Hotel & St. Regis Residences in Toronto.
